Weaving:

Our integrated yarn and fabric manufacturing operations use state-of-the-art textile equipment from the world's leading suppliers. Order processing, production monitoring and process flow are seamlessly integrated through a company-wide computer network. This helps us meet customer requirements on time.

Sanjar International, our weaving division
Our vertical weaving operations handle the entire production process of yarn preparation, yarn dyeing, weaving and finishing. We have 2000 Handlooms and 1280 High Tech Power weaving machines from Rapier and Dornier of which 30 are equipped with electronic jacquards from Staubli. The looms fitted with the jacquards handle varying repeat sizes .

The weaving operations are integrated through the computer network for efficient process control, CAD and CIM operations. Other equipment like sample wrappers and colour matching computers support the production process.

Our weaving division, offers yarn dyed decorative, bridal and fashion fabrics. The entire operation of winding, doubling, twisting, dyeing, weaving and finishing is integrated under one roof. We produce fabrics in solids, plaids and checks.

Computerized Embroidery's:

We have 110 Taijima Machines with 20 headers which has a capacity of 500 yards output per machine. We dye embroidery threads as per the requirements. Our quality control entails trimming and checking of the embroidery's. We ensure error-free embroidery's.

Prints:

We can reproduce any design reference supplied by the client. We have hand printing, block printing and machine printing. The dye's used for printing are colour fastness.

Pintucks and Quilts:

We have 200 brother machines which is used for doing lace work, novelty pintucks, quilting and pintuck quilting.

Hand Embroidery

We have 200 traditional and skilled people for hand embroidery. We can deliver 5000 yards in a cycle of 8 weeks.
